yayayaayy!!!!
33.5 dressage and double clear (our first at this height !!! ) - 6th!
Hes just been not right the last few events in the xc, not taking them on at all, almost as if he just wanted to give up...I felt so crappy I nearly retired at stonar but got him round in the end. We took him schooling at boomerang on tuesday to see if we could sort the problem and i think we did! He was amazing today, it was like at each fence he just went 'Bring it on!' and fleww , an awesome feeling!
We've even qualified for the National schools championships next may as it was a National schools section, can't wait for that. Dressage felt really lovely, he was so relaxed but i made a few rider errors (go home lottie) by over shooting the center line, twice!! *head hits desk* and then apparently i can't count to 4 for my halt...:L otherwise I was really happy
Showjumping was interesting ahaha i was kind of a bit gung ho because of nerves...but he went clear, jumping like a deer haha! Hes going to have a bit of a break from compertitions for a bit as this is our last event of the season :( but im so proud of how far we've come! Bring on Novice next year (eeekkk!!)
