  • The league's never going to review it. If the dumbfucks don't see anything wrong with Orpik's knee-on-knee hit on Franzen, there's nothing to see here.

    Fuck you, Bettman.

  • Pretty cheap. Two nights in-a-row that the Wings play against cheap-shots. Wonder if the Norris Trophy win gets that one overlooked.

  • Hockey is at its worst these day, Worse then ever!!

  • R.I.P. Ruslan. you will be missed :(

  • RIP

  • @Kartkid024 Stupid response....He's got the puck...wtf do you think the ref is 'supposed' to be watching? There's two of them out there...one is always following the play. Its more than just a missed call...both refs pussed out on calling this one big time.

  • @Kartkid024 What you are doing is making an excuse for players to take dives and act hurt. If Salei just layed on the ice in pain instead of playing the game like he should, then he would have gotten the call. This only gives players incentive to fake injuries. You shouldn't be making an excuse for this ref. Maybe the next time this happens a player is more likely to think ," maybe this time I should act hurt to help my team out?". Your argument is just supporting this shit in hockey.

  • @templetonbob

Refs miss calls. I wouldn't call it that big of a missed call, you act like it was a missed goal or something. He simply missed a rough play, it happens all the time. The problem was he was doing his job, he was where he was suppose to be, but that happened to be the reason he couldn't see it. So yes it was a blown call (they happen), but its sad that the annoncers have the nerve to give him a hard time when even they missed it.

  • @Kartkid024 Don't make excuses for a ref, he shouldn't miss anything that big if he's doing his job right. Blown Call. End of Discussion.

  • @templetonbob

Well, of course it was a missed call. The replay shows that. I just find it funny that the annoncers can't figure out how the ref missed it, when they themselves missed it. It was missed cause the ref was in a bad position and it happened so fast.

  • @Kartkid024 If you think this play was anything but a missed call by the ref then you are a dumbass who knows nothing about hockey.
