Well Buffalo Springfield , in Neil Young anad Steven Stills, then Joni Mitchell and Crosby and Nash and John sebastian from Lovin' spoonful. Smile on your brother, a Chet Powers song with joni taking the main vocals. Set in a more relaxed surrounding than Woodstock namely, 'Big Sur'.
I think its a good song and a fine rendition, something worth preserving for posterity.

Correction! as wonderful as Jesse's songs are, I've come to find out this one was written by Dino Valenti, also known for work with Quicksilver (Messenger Sevice)

Just to give credit to the right folks, the song was written by Jesse Colin Young and the big "hit" for his band, The Youngbloods. Its worth a few clicks to find some of Jesse's Later solo work.
