@rrhynes We have 2 semi public off road area's. Bong air base is basically a rutted field for riding atv's/ dirtbikes only. no jumps no degree of difficulty and don't leave the marked trail, the DNR is always watching. The other is Monrow Wi. 50miles of 8' wide railroad bed, don't leave the gravel path and no horse play dirtbikes/atv's/ utv's only, speed limit defenitly enforced.

@qtotgirl So the cops are assholes with nothing better to do. I'm sure they're buddies with the landowners or get free cases of booze every Christmas. I live in Bakersfield ,Ca. Like most places the riding areas have disappeared, but the cops have never been big into enforcing private property rights. It's dirt. Who cares you know. Farmers are more particular. The high speed chases and helicopters are ridiculous. Obeyance of the law when ignored by those enforcing it is tyranny.

@rrhynes Police don't look the other way when you off road on private property. I haven't gotten many trespassing tickets but never ending unregistered vehical tickets are common when trying to be discrete. Everything is private within 200miles of where I live and what little is public is strictly regulated. When you street race, we don't have police helicopters but many are crazy enuff to engage in triple digit pursuits even when due to circumstances the odds of them catching you are slim.
