The name is Mizmar Ya Boy. To find some saïdi music you have to listen a lot of music. When you have the saïdi rhythm and the instrument called Mizmar is a dance music SAIDI. There are several. Go one my channel in my playlist and find the saïdi's one.
Then, listen more of these videos, you will notice that it is always the same pace and there is always this strange sound. This music comes from a specific region of Egypt. Hope you'll find it!
