An early 90's model Dakota 4x4 LE, in perfect condition, even the paint was in good condition!
Has a 318 V8 engine. I could've used this truck to do so much work!
I liked this truck a lot.

  • Gas is what, $0.14 a gallon in Iran. And it's $0.12 a gallon in Venezuela? As far as "Guzzling V8s", if people have the money to fuel them, they have the right to buy them. Some people need them for towing, hauling, and other things. Some larger families need SUVs to fit them and move them around.

Cars are great, don't get me wrong, but to say somebody else can't have a V8 or an SUV is really nugatory.

  • "If" they have the money being the operative term. When gas is $7 per gallon (which is what it costs here in New Zealand, and it's even dearer in many parts of Europe) V8's are a luxury not a vehicle for housewives to take shopping.... A few people here have V8's for the same reasons you describe, but when gas is only $2.50 per gallon I doubt you have a clue right? If I lived in the USA and had that vehcile I'd get rid of it on the double.

  • @CybershulDotCom Well a lot of people here do have the money. If gas is expensive in your country, that's your problem. Get your government to access more oil reserves either in your country or somewhere else. Obama is an idiot for pitching this broken window fallacy-based program. If you don't like how high the price of gas is in your country, get the government to do something about it, or move somewhere else. (Try the middle east). This video is for people who dislike C4C.

  • @quantummechanic90 Let's not talk about what rights the owners of these cars had because destroying them is well within their rights as it is owning them. They obviously didn't want the cars.

Gas in Iran is $1.60 per gallon last time I heard. My father lives there. However each person is entitled to a certain amount of subsidized gasoline. The subsidized gasoline is $0.40 per gallon. When each person runs out of their "share" they have to pay the full $1.60.

  • @wildbloodydragon Yes, people can do what they want with things they own. But it is terrible that the government uses other people's money (which they get from taxes) to pay for people to get new cars.

People can get rid of their cars if they want, but it is wasteful for the government to pay somebody 4000 dollars for a car that would KBB @ around 2500, especially if it is somebody else's money.

It's not our fault that your government is ass raping you on the price of gas. I drive a 3/4 ton 4x4 with a giant 454 V8. I have the money to put gas in it so I have every right to drive it. It's probably a good thing you don't live in the USA. We have enough idiots here already...

  • @CybershulDotCom Your a fucking faggot dude. Keep your retarded comments on videos of your own nationality u auzzie prick. You gotta be retarded to look at that beautiful truck and have your first reaction be "it deserves to die because it has a v8, Obama is our savior" The owner was an IDIOT for getting rid of it and Obama is a retard for crating programs like cash for clunkers. Why dont you just go straight to the white house and blow Obama's tiny nutsack next time instead of posting gayness.

  • Another good one destroyed.

Does CFC have any effect on Canada?

  • @emmiXStudios they started doing the program partly cuz of the whole clean up the enviroment thing. if the car got less than 18mpg then u cud sell it to them for sumthing like $4,500. but A LOT of the trucks that i saw that were sold where really nice and just needed a little lovin, but i guess the owners would rather get the cash than have a good old vehicle that doesnt break evry time u crank it up.

  • why would sum1 sell a 4x4 v8 to cash for clunkers??? of course a 4x4 isnt guna get great gas mileage. i have a 2000 dakota v6 4x4 that got 10mpg wen i got it a year ago. i was lucky to see 15 highway. all stock. 3k in parts later im almost done and getting about 15 city. now i need skids on it and a paint job (around 600 to do it myself). then maybe later a v8 swap and a lift. ill do that myself to. a mechanic isnt touching this truck again. they mess up more stuff than they fix.

  • @emmiXStudios it uses too much gasoline, so it will be put off the road and the truck will be useless, so he might as well sell it to CFC and get a new car which is more fuel efficient almost free

  • I could have used some body parts off that truck. I'm having trouble finding decent parts at the junk yard.

  • I don't live in America and so I don't know much about that program. So, could somebody explain to me, why the pro-owner not just sold that car to a dealer that resells it?

  • @CybershulDotCom go die

  • This pisses me off I love these trucks, and especially this one its perfect
