Pinworm laying eggs

Mother pinworm is giving birth to about 30,000 eggs. She was impaled by her mate during fertilization, and her eggs are now spewing out of her abdominal wound.

I had a itchy butt and [excuse me if this is gross, you know we all do it when nobody is looking] I had to pick in there to stop the itching. I have a suspicous clear looking worm-thing on my finger. I'm guessing it's a pinworm, can anyone confirm this?

@avrilrocks55 After you've been laying down a while at night, take a piece of scotch tape, stick it to your anus, and pull it off. If you have pinworms, there will probably be one or more stuck to the tape because they come out at night to lay eggs. If not, their eggs will be there stuck to the tape. Then, take that tape to the Dr., show it to him/her, and s/he will be able to diagnose which kind of worms you may have and give you a pill that will clear it up.

@KJN3194 You can buy Pinx over the counter at the pharmacy, or go to a Dr. for prescription medicine. If you call your local county health department, they will probably give you treatment for free. You should talk with you parents about it. I don't think you can fix it without medicine.

@terrygand ...continued. It is very uncomfortable to have this infestation,however, nobody should be shy to go to their Parents ( if you are a Minor), and tell them. Their are medications that can be purchased from a Pharmacist without a DR`s Prescription, but it is better to tell your Doctor about it. Any person can catch this kind of infestation, even those like me who are very `clean conscious` & hygienic. Cleaning one`s anal area after toileting , is good hygiene . thanks

@KJN3194 ...I can give you an opinion, however, in the UK, it is an offence to communicate to children over the Internet without, the consent of the Parent or, Legal Guardian . My response is a `General` one & not aimed at you in particular. After every Bowel movement, People should `thoroughly` wash their Anus area; because, Pin Worms lay eggs in this area along with a substance that causes itching. You scratch & eggs are lodged under finger nails, you may infect yourself.......
