From the Comodo website:

Boclean is a Malware prevention tool.

boclean dont scan a infected system, was made only for block malware, thats a big difference.

That was true hilarious. I properly laughed more then listen on what you said. Like Akbaa said, is a prevention tool, It means stopping spyware before it harm you'are hard drive. That's why you need to be in safe mode to operate this kind of tasks. But again this is a pre-alert tool, and are not made for removal.

BOClean is for prevention not removal.
Try using it while downloading malware samples instead of using it on a machine already infected.
