This panel discussion is dedicated to the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act, a topic of primary interest to all attendees of Summit 2010. The session begins with a thorough introduction from the Moderator, Adam Ambrogi, Administrative and Legislative Counsel for the Senate Rules Committee, who also presents the profile of each of the discussion participants - speakers who are intimately familiar with the MOVE Act and its meaning. The objective is to better understand the implications of the MOVE Acts implementation at federal, state and local election levels, how it impacts the work of federal and state agencies as well as how it will change the experience of the overseas and military voting process for voters.
