  • Hey man impressed with all you do.Make a few more videos explaining how much you are eating and what fruits are working best

  • @morman29 working on it, but it may be awhile. I want to post a couple more lifting vids first. To tide you over, I'm currently eating a lot of bananas, tangerines, and grapes. They work pretty good. :)

  • Awesome dude. Keep it coming.

  • @RawFoodFreedom for sure, getting a better camera to get more vids in, too.

  • nice man, you don't have massive biceps though haha

  • @RawAthlete thanks! Yeah, it depends on who's biceps you are comparing them to. If you are comparing them to a bodybuilder on steroids eating meats that are pumped with on steroids who specially trains to take up as much mass in the world, for sure these biceps are some small guns. I'm mostly a pure strength athlete, however I get told I have some huge biceps. I was even asked once if I was on steroids, lol. WTF?! (What the fruit?!)

  • nice video

  • Awesome :-)

  • @fruitandstrength it sure does but I'm comparing to just general definiteion of big, maybe 17'' arm is big. but a lot of vegans post pictures of their biceps thinking they are big but are actually not at all. Strength is a very very different quality from muscle. But maybe you should measure them, not that I care, strength is cool, but musle is harder to build without protein

  • @fruitandstrength well continue bringin them, i dont mind. Continue the the truth....peace

  • @kratosSOZ Thanks, yeah definitely got a quite a few vids to come. January, is great time to start. Me and also, Micheal Arnstien, aka "the fruitarian", started this whole fruity exploration 4 years ago that month. Look forward to hearing your lifting gains.
