From the Golden Gate to the Empire State — Compete in The Run, an illicit race across the most iconic and treacherous roads from San Francisco to New York.

There are no rules and no allies in the cities, deserts, mountains and canyons that stand between you and the finish line.

In Need for Speed The Run, you'll weave through dense urban centers, rocket down icy mountain passes and navigate narrow canyons at breakneck speeds, all the while evading a relentless police force prepared -- and willing -- to use lethal force to take you down.

How to make a epic trailer: Play this video and listen The Undertaker Theme (Rollin´ by Limp Bizkit) at the same time and see the magic ;D

I get the part about the lambo and the vw. They made it to where you can drive your favorite car whatever it may be, for example a mitsubishi evo. It's one of the slower cars irl, but they made it to where you can drive it and still have a chance against a bugatti. It weird and unlogical sure but in the end the player is the one that wins.

The Run is the biggest Fail of Need for Speed. its like listen to a hurts-song but sang by justin biber ft. rebecca black... i love need for speed but the run is a total fail. its realy unlogical per example, when you are first sudenly a truck crashs from the side in you or both sideways are blocked by two cars or trucks or a lamborghini can be slower than a vw... it realy isnt value for money. i am realy disapointed... there is only a multyplayermode for online and there is no free drive mode.

That would probably stand the same if it happened to underground.

But I wouldn't describe the new hot pursuit to feel dated.

Underground has almost the same racing mechanics. It's still about racing. It's just the second generation of the franchise. It's bound to bring some changes. The "nigger music", and sluts and everything was to keep up with the pop culture and Customization was a great addition. If NFS had the exact same gameplay and design of NFS Hot Pursuit 2 and previous games, it would no doubt be loved by Old School fans, but it also would be considered a heavily dated game.

Its closer to a fact, underground is more about customization, street racing and sluts on magazine covers.

Its good in its own way, but it is not a need for speed game.
