These are my 10 favourite songs which represented Portugal in the Eurovision Song Contest, from my 10th place to my number one song.
10.1992, 9.1981, 8.1996, 7.1984, 6.1967, 5.1983, 4.1975, 3.1971, 2.1972, 1.1968!

My mistake: Vânia Fernandes sang in 2008, not 2009.

Well, since the West is back in 2009, I hope that Portugal will also be back to good songs (the only good song in the 00s was in 2008). It's a pity that 2 or 3 songs didn't win earlier. A lot of them have been. 1973's song was the bravest song ever, written by a great poet, opposite to dictatorship, that's why I consider it #1. And other ones have also been quite good. But not in the 00s

I generally love the Portuguese entries and was so happy that Vania made the final last year, Senhora do Mar is wonderful. I also really liked this year's entry! But Anabela is probably my all time favourite Portuguese entry.

Hay algunas canciones que me gustan mucho, aunque les hubiera dado mas puntuacion, pero yo hubiera incluido "sobe balao sobe" y sobre todo "desfolhada portuguesa" y "ele e ela". Muy bueno el video

I am portuguese and I don't agree with many of the songs you picked. You're embarassing my country by saying that those were the best entries Portugal sent to Eurovision.

The only entries there that deserve that merit is 1971, 1972, 1984 and 1996.

There are so much better songs like in 1969, 1982, 1991, 1993, 1994, 2008
