Just curious: why did you decide to keep the ears? I grew up in the region (Central Asia) and I've hardly seen them with tails or ears. By the way, your dogs are absolutely beautiful.

No they don't!! I don't even know where the name comes from. The russians call all of the owtcharka breeds "owtcharka". Poochdvd tries to explain it in one of his clips.
