@DelaneysMedia It's Jian Ghomeshi! He's brilliant! You must not be Canadian, else you would know him and the word 'muggy'. I guess it's a colloquialism because where I live- Toronto (Jian lives there too)- muggy is a common word. Nothing ridiculous about it! Just means warm and damp out.
