  • If i do this exercices before my training i will be tired to try something, if i do after my training i will be tired too, when should i do this exercices? sorry for my english

  • @arbitraire Do them on a day when you are not training on breaking. Then you will have the energy to focus on the exercises. good luck

  • @312979drpepperjuggal you sure can its good to do everything through out the week. some days of resistance training with weights and others with body weight. just keep mixing it up and you will be on your way to total fitness. good luck pz

  • Hi can you tell me which of these workouts are the best and which one is the easiest?

  • @flowinrockr i don't believe it. I'm way in shape. Like i can't get weight but i weight 120 and i'm benching 200 and such along with running. You can't just increase by 10 pushups every day. Increase 2 maybe. But not by 10.

  • @laguzslayer0222 I'm no expert, in fact I'm just beginning to get serious into break dancing. I used to struggle with regular push ups all my life until a few weeks ago when I decided that I'm going to do 100 no matter what! and then from there I would increase by 10. The first day killed me and it felt impossible but 10 days later doing 200, it felt like I was doing nothing. My point is, just start small and expect more from your body and it will deliver. Then move on to these.

    By the way, at 3.23 you were breakdancing on a wooden-like floor piece in the middle of a gym floor. What sort of material is that? I'm looking at turning my garage into a dance studio xD
