Angelica's Kitchen In Curacao

Curacao is part of the Netherlands Antille and Lawrence and I took a class in Carribbean cooking at the home of a local woman who loves to entertain and teach cooking. All the other classmates were from our cruise ship. It turned out to be a wonderful experience learning how to prepare the meal, actually preparing the entire meal and then opening wine and setting the table and partying our little hearts out with our new friends.
