Ugali (Cornmeal Cake)
Cornmeal flour
2--3 glasses water

Skuma (Tomato Sautéed Kale)
6 small bunches kale
Spinach
2--3 tomatoes
2--3 teaspoons turmeric powder
Salt
Oil
