  • Never has a union between sledge hammer and face seemed a more appropriate way of dealing with someone than on this disgusting corporate piece of shit

  • I love how Walmart refers to its employees as "assoicates", as if to make it seem "we care about you" or "You are a crucial part of our business." Bullshit! They don't give 2 shits about you. Even if you're a good employee who didn't have any health issues or cost them more money than simple compensation, they still rip you off.

Even though I asked for full-time work, apparently they don't even LET you do the 40 hours a week until some 3 months AFTER you first get hired. wtf

  • @lamourlupus That former coworker at formerly at Walmart like me works for Target.

  • @Lokivoid - I agree as I saw a former coworker at Walmart saying Target does not give him enough hours to qualify for benefits. Will Walmart Stores Chairman Rob Walton and their associations sponsor a film or a book to disprove all Walmart critics especially people like Mr. Robert Greenwald without resorting to smearing, distorted information, misinformation, and disinformation ?.

  • Target does the same shit, infact they have even worse hireing/employment practices than walmart does. Yet all the people who boycott walmart for those reasons seem to shop there (ironically alot of them seem to have a arrogant sense of pride about). Truth of the matter is most superstores that dont require a high degree of training for there work force do this it is in no way limited to walmart.

  • Are they targeted because they are the number one retailer in the world or the criticisms valid and still apply? Buy the book "Made in America", apply for a job, study their policies, and do NOT share documentation. Keep these in mind; the 10 foot rule, 10 rules, walk around by management, and servant leadership. Who benefits and how? Do they share facts or misinformation? Would an open audit exonerate Mr. Coughlin former Vice Chairman of the board of directors of Walmart Stores, Inc.?

  • How can Wal-Mart "shut down" ANY business? It's actually a rhetorical question-- any fool knows that it can only be done with competitive prices and acceptable service. That's the beauty of America: you can shop wherever you want to! You don't HAVE to work where you don't want to! I won't shop down at the corner where that totally rude, obnoxious sonofabitch that I can't understand when he talks, who charges 20% - 30% MORE for his out-dated stuff, in a store with a nasty odor. Give me Wal-Mart.

  • @naked2m you are right, i getting pay as Maintenance, but i am in receiving as binder. i may have to be stocker on some nights. i get 2 to 3 hours of overtime every week then by mgr to cut the time. the store mgr will have anyone get hurt to get couched just because they get hurt on and off wal-mart time. the market mgr will have anyone on d-day to have one click of overtime and come in person to talk to that person that have over time. if they get overtime again, fire.

  • Nearly HALF the children of WalMart employees are uninsured or on MEDICAID.
