I was living in PEI around this timeframe, I moved to Brandon MB in 2001, and was a little suprised not too long afterwards to see she was at the anchor desk for CKY(CTV) in Winnipeg, and then later with CBC

I use to work at that McDonald's! My sister woke me up and asked if I was suppose to work that morning. I said yes and she told me about the fire. Had good times there.

I did have a relative working at ATV back in the day, but have no clue where she is now.

Janet Stewart is now with CBWT (CBC Winnipeg) 6 o'clock news.
But the whole 6 o'clock news program, which used to be called 24Hours was much better.
Janet giggles too much and I'd like to see a more business-like anchor/host.

You should put on the old Yellow Pages commercial from 1996 before the ATV News Break Commercial comes on.
