  • Hey man...I just wanted to drop by and give my own little testimony... I saw your video randomly on youtube and checked out the small tips you gave the kids on the video. Ive been able to barley grab rim for a while now but never been able to dunk. After watching this video and apply the short tips you and I actually dunked today off an alley. I saw this video at 3:00 and played basketball at 5... First try I was jumping higher. I wanted to thank you! Thanks man

  • Works.. Was barely grabbing rim now rim grazer dunking. Noticed I was stutter stepping bad and got rid of that.

    You get it from your acceleration that builds up as you approach the rim. Your takeoff leg will be like a trampoline because your building up speed and then bouncing off your leg. I thought this wouldn't help either but this is EXCELLENT. This really works, make sure you watch the power point at the end.
