If we want GRCs, we could have proportional representation within GRCs,
For example, in a GRC of 6 seats, PAP gets 51%, WP gets 49%,
In the current system, the entire 6 seats goes to PAP.
In the proportional system, PAP gets 3 seats, WP gets 3 seats.
GRCs + current winner takes all system = not fair
GRCs + proportional representation = fair

Way before GRCs were introduced, Minorities were doing a fine job getting elected in SMCs, even by the majority Chinese(J.B.J). It shows the kind of unity we had as a nation, regardless of race.
