For example, in a GRC of 6 seats, PAP gets 51%, WP gets 49%,

In the current system, the entire 6 seats goes to PAP.

In the proportional system, PAP gets 3 seats, WP gets 3 seats.

In addition, it allows for Inexperien

  • lol...so minority means they no nid to be tested in election lah? simi is meritrocracy arh?
