Took your advice and started this meditation: Shabt Kriya. (following everything you said in video) I'm only doing it now 4/5 nights in a row. I'm still not getting proper sleep....but, a bit better than it was, I'm calmer for a start . Am i doing it wrong...or am i too anxious for it's 'results': I'm meditating now only 4 weeks just to let you know. Any tips would be grateful Sir?

you dont have to sit in a lotus position in order to meditate you know that right?
