I'm glad the organizers offered bolt an extra $100000. They probably knew he was not fit enough to break the record but they had to challenge him in some way to get him to run fast. Look back to Beijing semi where he ran 9.85 effortlessly. So we all should know by now that he can dip below 9.8 when ever he put some effort into it. That's one of the things I like about Tyson he makes the effort to run fast all the time. Asafa will ease up once he realizes he cant win.
