$20000 iPhone Bill from Japan

1 GB of cellular data downloaded over a month resulting in an $18000 USD bill. Even though a $17950 discount applies to counter this massive bill but I just wanted to illustrate how ridiculously expensive cellular data is and why a company has to rub it in your face. Works out at $18 USD/MB.

@roxcyn The whole point of this video is just to display the stupidity of the mobile companies. The plan was unlimited but instead of saying "you can have flat data rate of $50/month" they say "you downloaded $20,000 worth of data but we'll give you a $19950 discount". Fuckin' stupid right!

@jezzmoto Oh! I see, so they show you what you would have paid without your plan and then show your "savings" (discount). Sounds pretty stupid, yes. Do they do that for all phones in Japan? :(
