okay this stuuupid ad is so frigging retarded. Like seriously, I'm trying to watch damn videos and then this ad comes up and the screen says 'Sorry this video was removed by user' well than fucking REMOVE it!! nothin else to say except I'm not frigging going to kmart for a while... not that I've been going anyway but still...

i work at kmart, and layaway NEVER goes that smoothly, especially at Christmastime

omg!!! i hate layaway!! its a frustrating process, takes forever and nothing ever gets done.....plus soo many peple take it for granted and end up cancelling it..and losing money. wake up and stop thinking you can have everything you want. Layaway is a good idea but people lack the mental capacity needed to realize that neccessities before liesure. GEESH!!!!!

@kemplam Bad customer service; if the employee loses it, they have to give the customer a FULL refund. You should of told your daughter to fight for customer satisfaction.
