First run with engine in the chassis, just to make sure the steering and brakes work properly.

wow impressive any idea if there is a record for rc dragster 1/4 mile and if so what?

deos it have a electric start or you use the propane to spin the the fan to get it started
other people use compressed air to start jet engines,or a leaf blower to start them.
what do you use to start it thanks

wondering what is in the bottle ,and why do you use that to start it,is that a start up fuel or compressed air,

The car has two fuel tanks, one for the engine and one for the afterburner. The white bottle on the top is for the afterburner. The propane bottle is for starting only, it basically gets the fire going and then the normal jet fuel takes over.

Quite right, but if you read the intro you'd know it was the very first run with the engine in the car, nobody in their right mind would run it flat out on the very first run..!!
