MVP is not the best player award, its the most valuable player child. CP3 is most valuable to his team.
1. Kobe was bitching about his teamates all past 3 years.
2. Kobe wanted a trade earlier
if the MVP was awarded to the "Best" player, Kobe wouldve gotten it for the past 3-4 years. It's the most valuable. Dirk was not the best player last year, nor was Nash the past 2 years. If it was the best player, the MVP trophies would be given out to LBJ or Kobe for the next 10 years.

He is not the best player, he is not the best player on the best team, and he is not the most valuable player on the best team in his conference.
