Swimming a horse is a LOT of fun, especially bareback, since you can feel all of their muscles moving under you. I love to swim my horses, and they love the water just as much. Often, when they are standing in the creek or river cooling off, one horse will stomp its front foot repeatedly, splashing itself, and the other horses, who will gather around close to enjoy the shower. Great vid!

We rode horses on Barbados, they would not allow us that close to the surf in case we decided to ride into it, the horses had leather tack on, which of course doesn't do well in salt water. I would really have loved to have ridden them in the ocean, since we ride ours in fresh water here in the states so much. Beautiful trip!

Well we could only play in the froth just in case of sharp rocks/shells under the water. I would love to take a horse swimming though :)
