I've been processing deer for 17years and never seen it done the way you do it. Is it because your showing people how to break down the deer? Great video. How many deer do you do a season. We just finished here in Waynesboro Ga. and processed over 1000.

@jrose2020 I love venison, I was also brought up to use all of the animal you can. But I have never had venison ribs that were worth eating. I have even tried to debone them for buger and for alot of work you get very little meat. They are very good for coyote bait. I use all four quarters, neck and backstraps. Now on this video he cut part of the backstraps off on the top of the ribs. I take it all off the top of the ribs in one piece per each side.
