I have been meaning to post a list of the errors that have made it into my videos over the years -ever since I realized that tetrachromats can't really see ultraviolet light. But I'm glad I couldn't spare the time to do this video then, because I would have missed one more gaff, and it is an important one. For the first time in more than a dozen years, a creationist has caught me in an actual error, which I must concede, and will list among a few others in my long overdue errata.
If this video seems rushed, I'm sorry, but I do not have time to be making videos this month. I think it's time to get a new mike now too.

  • Aronra great work

  • Great vid Sir Ra.

  • Damn, man. When you talk, people listen. And THIS video is why. To admit your mistakes...THIS is why I trust science. They have the evidence to back what they say, and the BALLS to say "Oh shit. I done fucked up." Hey, no joke and no homo, but if you're ever in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area hit me up. I'll buy ya a beer.

  • @hglundahl Nope, I start at 210.

  • Two chromosomes fusing into one unless fusing telomere to telomere, would involve loss of loci.

The big problem is however fission.

Obviously trisomy is not a road by tetrasomy to one pair splitting into two.

P Z Myers tried to justify fission on a post where I start commenting in around comm. 160 or so.

  • The second statement is just sarcasm, you realize.

  • Wow you admitted your mistakes... A good Christian will never do that. He is always right and doesn't need corrected.

  • A scientist correcting his mistake? Say it isn't so!

Keep up the good work, AronRa.

  • @AronRa I can understand your own concerns about this because it is because of your intellectual honesty and integrity that these errors has not been discovered. Sense moral is that we should trust no-one but if we do not we will need to spend all our life doing research. Unfortunately life is to short to do this and at some point we just need to trust what other people tell use to be true. Who those people are we need to be careful with and you only underlined that you are indeed one of them.
