"O Fortuna." Funny Speaker and chef Vinny Verelli makes a delicious Curried Tuna Salad, while having some fun with Carl Orff's opening to "Carmina Burana."
This recipe is a variation of the one he used to make at the Soho Charcuterie in New York City. The secret is in the Mango Chutney. Yum.
