Actually, Northern Arabs are the Arabs they don't share genetic lineage with. Italy has the J1 Arabid branch. That's from Yemen, Saudi Arabia and Oman. A different strand of J1 exists in Palestine and Jordan- they're also considered Southern Semites.
Syria, Iraq and Lebanon Arabs are J2 Arabids- so they're more closely related to eachother.
The Arabs in North Africa are E1 + J1 (not J2), but still pretty much Arabid.
