Oblivion 100% Speedrun - Segment 8 part 1

Segment 8 of my Oblivion 100% (or there about) speedrun. A note before I get to describing this part however; when I was going through my FRAPS folder and deleting failed segments, I accidentally deleted the original recorded segment, making me re-record it after the whole segment was done. So if it looks like I "teleport" between the end of this part and the begining of the next, that's why. Luckily, all the first segment was, was getting all (or most) of the Anvil quests, so you really aren't missing that much. This part is shorter than the rest because I didn't want to merge it and part 2 together and have it look really ackward, which is why I stop the video at the quicksave.
