  • Daniel Barenboim- has studied Beethoven and knew the entire 32 from the age of 12- this is a pretty phenomenal feat. What I like about his playing is that every pause is thought through.

  • @esembesem it's well known among classical fans, but outside of that group there's probably not many people familiar with beethoven's late work besides the 9th symphony
