IT'S NOT CRUEL! The dog needs to get used to the shoes/socks. Airport sniffer dogs in Australia also wear socks and they walk just fine, are used to them.

awwwwwwwww, we did a simualr thing with my dog ....sooo funny... how can some people say this is cruel, this dog is fed water'd and walked, CLEARLY it is a well looked after dog. unlike some owners that abandon dogs etc... GET A SENSE OF HUMOUR!!!
