I can't believe how shallow Ritzer's justifications are. Starbucks makes you mad because they don't have enough seating? And this guy has made a fortune off of me in text books. Now there is reason to be mad....Does he even know what a correlation really is? I am disappointed to hear him talk. Petty, shallow, unexceptional.
