This is the second time I was stopped for not having a state issued license plate on my vehicle.

This police officer was a little less patient with me, but in the end he still didn't arrest me or impound my vehicle and as you can see...he lets me drive away. Of course he did issue me three citaions which I will be fighting...I will post an update when I have one.

I'm the one that made the video. Thanks for all the kind comments.

I have been getting so many requests for a copy of my affidavit that I decided to upload it to FileFactory. So for anyone interested in getting a copy, here is the link:

I dont have anymore vids to upload so im trying to fond the best way to do it so that everyone will see and I dont keep grtting a million questions on what happened. And just fir the record, i never posted these videos to prove anything to anyone. Just simply wanted to share my experiences with others so we can all learn what the hell is really going on. Till then thanks to everyone for all the comments.

  • He said keeps saying that he was "driving". "Driving" is a commercial term. He needs to get that one out of his vocabulary.

  • I have to say. The officer was very aware of the situation. Thats better then most places.

  • huh?

  • @sp8092 - the download link doesn't work.. can you send by email or post somewhere else? AWESOME VID! Thanks for sharing!

  • @jtks34 Could be improvised.

  • Great that the officer actually says "CORPORATE" Oklahoma City limits...

  • "Officer safety." What does that have to do with holding a cell phone?

  • If you go to court over this you could easily question the officers judgement. Because if he said it was illegal to be on the roads with no tag and registration then why would he ever allow you to get back in and get on the road again if it were illegal in the first place.

  • @crackahcrackah Awesome
