@h3mmod1990 It's about getting rid of the oppression and genocide that comes with Islam. Besides, you're facts are very much out of date - Islam is hugely in decline in South Sudan, and indeed all of that region of Africa. Six million Muslims converts to Christianity every year in Africa.

The music and the new flag: Quite impressive! But can we eliminate the many flickering shiny colors and only put as many stars as there are tribes in our country on full and pure black background? The black background would represents our beautiful and prideful skin color and stars (light) are they appear in the sky representing each tribe as a valued member of the land. And maybe in the near future, we can change the whole name; Southern Sudan altogether to something new.
