@Gandlersfake if you mean charlie, the guy that was trying to get Rob's file back, the voice actor is eddie deezen, and he voices many other characters such as Mandark from Dexter's Labratory, the Know-it-all from the polar express, and he generally voices nerdy or smart guys.
