@LuucasSK Years of practice. You can try Heel-toe which is 2 beats on each foot. 4 beats if you put them together and with months of practice it will sound like 16's and they will sound very nice and solid. Speed and endurance is gained over a year or more's had work.

Someone could please answer me how long does it take to gain speed and endurance ? I play double bass for 4-5 months and not good results :(

Nice tips Spikey! I have been playing for years. Only been using double for about 3 years, I can go pretty fast but these tips boosted me up way past my plateau. :D Allegeaon cover practices here I come Thanks again

I can play as fast but my legs can't put power and do it for a long time at the same time... There is probably more than technique and practicing, you need to have good muscles.
