  • Brian, I respect you as a leader in this business, and I am in awe of your success, and follow your leadership to the tee, in this business together, but as a successful salesman and business owner, I cannot agree with you with your last stage of your sale. We need so few customers in this business, that last stage is not necessary. Why ruin or at least damage a friendship if someone exercises their right to say no.

  • Even if they owe you a favour... I do not do favours to get a favour in return. If I have asked for a friend to be a customer and if they repeatedly say no; then I respect that and move on. I will still help them if they need a favour too. Who knows, they may change their mind. But suffice to say, we can all find 20 customers without this last stage.
