Use your hand, not your pinch grip. Four fingers and your thumb instead of just the two on the rim.

  • is this the same mackey that was in CTY?

  • Hey mbmackey.. can you please post a demo of the throw.. thanks.

  • Thanks a lot! Frisbee is currently the most popular sport where I live and I'm just starting so this helped me a lot!

  • this is a very nice video which helped me get a better grip and throw consistently

  • The wife and I just bought a frisbee and we appreciate you taking the time to create and post this video. Thanks.

  • @SirBunnyII Wrong...your flick with your wrist...you can throw a disc without using your body at all so it's not a natural flick at all....

  • Bad video. You don't flick with your fingers. In fact, you do nothing special with them. Your whole body motions creates a natural "flick" when power is transfered to the point of release.

  • nice video=] my backhand is awful i can only forehand haha

  • great explanation

  • I like this. My friend told me something similar to this a few days ago, but he didn't go into any explanations on why and how, so this is much appreciated. Thanks!
