Modern Warfare 3 Perks - What perks should MW3 have?

This is an analysis of the potential perks of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. I am really stoked for this game to come out, however I am really worried it's going to suck. I like Black Ops, but it has left a lot to be desired. I believe balanced perks are one of the biggest issues facing the COD series. Ghost has created a lot more slow play in Black Ops because they took away stopping power as a balance.

Id have to say stopping power cuz i have always been a big fan of that. I did'nt really like the stacker idea or jugg pro(maybe 25 or 30 percent becuz 50 is to high). Otherwise I though your perks were perfectly balanced
