More than 1,000 people have died in northwestern Pakistan as a result of the worst flooding in the country's history.

Another 1.5 million have been affected by the deluge that destroyed thousands of homes and vast swathes of farmland.

Several camps, providing food and relief, have been set up in community centres by provincial and relief organisations, but many survivors are growing increasingly angry at the government's responseto the situation.

Al Jazeera's Sohail Rahman reports from the Swat Valley.
