LEGO DALEK NXTerminate

DALEK NXT LEGO
This is the LEGO "DALEK NXTerminate" one of the Doctors worst enemy. Doctor Who TV show has been around since 1963* and as a huge fan of the Doctor i decided to create my own DALEK using LEGO Mindstorms NXT brick, and special servo module from Mindsensors.com to control the head, probes and eye. He is fully automated and use UltraSonic sensor as well as one touch sensor. Lights are from Power Function and are controlled via motor port A. 2 conversion cables are used (PF to RCX and RCX to NXT) The drive train use standard NXT servo motor. Most grey parts are from the AT-ST LEGO set #10174 and the rest from my collection of LEGO. First public appearance of the DALEK NXTerminate was for Montreal's ToyCon 2009 on May 3rd. (see related video)

Doctor Who started in 1963, not the 50's; otherwise the series would be celebrating it's 60th birthday and not it's 47th.
