The Essex Belles are:-

Helen , Joanne , Michelle , Jane , Maria & Claire (ages ranging from 35 to 50)

Sometimes when life is tough and the path we are travelling becomes hard to tread, the only thing that gets you through the week is knowing that you have survived and your friends are behind you all the way pushing you uphill when you need it.

That's why the Essex Belles are a group of 6 very close friends who between them have survived the toughest times imaginable whilst experiencing some of the funniest moments too.

There is never a time that there isn't laughter or tears of joy just by being friends. Between us we are single mothers, who have survived with a smile.

One of our favourite sayings is "Don't get bitter, get better" and we have!!!

Dedicated to all the women out there who have had or are going through tough times!!
