I think that we all want to use off grid power.

3v Input and HV Output.

I think I could Trickle Charge this from Solar Cells or even run it of a Large Capacitor..

Did you notice the startup time... On then Off No warm up needed...

Enjoy..

Paul..

    it overpowers this chip

  • Ill remember that thanks...

  • Very nice light Paul. I was just playing around with one of my FL circuits today. I like the light that they put out.

  • I must take a look at your videos I have not been on youtube for a bit..

    Paul..

  • Yup even with low current and voltage if you amplify the voltage you'll get more watts, specially with a tesla coil.

  • Im working on a couple of Teslas to wirelessly transmit it.

  • Good grounding seems to play a big part in long distance power transmission. I have sent you a video you may find interesting in relation to this subject.

  • Nothing to worry much on those small neon circuit they use small part but not impossible to find one. I have one that came out of and old 17" lcd monitor i had to do reverse ingeniring to get the schematic and found out that it was working with 2 npn transistor 2 resitor and 1 cap draw about 600 mA on 8.5 volts of course any input voltage can be use the tube will be dim or bright.

  • i have plans that work on a camer flash and up to an 40 watt fluressent tube (1 aa batery)

if you want the pm me
