Pure bullshit. Reference one peer reviewed article on "leaky Gut". There is none.

Good overview! Thanks for the video.

This kind of malady is caused by allergies. Find out for yourself what triggers your leaky gut and fix it yourself. With me, it's coffee. I love coffee. But I have to limit to three cups a day. Also coffee disrupts concentration.
Coffee is really a drug. It can be abused like a drug.

@navylaks2 of course there's a connection
it's all connected
I read L Glutamine, cats claw, nettles amongst other thimngs are good for such condition.

@VonLeachim Yes, there are many nutrients/plants that can be helpful, and some of the ones you mention can certainly be helpful. It is important to keep in mind that even if a person does not respond to any one type of nutrient, does not mean that they do not need it or that it does not work. Different people may require different type of supplementation and often respond differently.

Pleasse Doctor Schwartzman i would like to hear your professionel opinion on this?.
Is there a connection between leaky gut syndrome, irritated Mucous Membranes and Psoriasis?
Because if i could get rid of my mucus and psoriasis problems, that would just be amazing.
navylaks2 1 year ago
@navylaks2 Certainly could be. An irritated mucous membrane is an inflammatory response by your body. Skin is the external reflection of our internal health, so it is possible to have a link between poor digestive health and psoriasis. Keep in mind that there may be other systems involved, besides your digestion.
