Anime Studio allows you to either create vector drawings, connect them with bones you can animate, or as in this one, I used GIMP to select and remove the arms, used the clone tool to redo where the arm was, cut out a square where the mouth was and created several poses and switch them in and out. (they also have a cool tracking feature) Then find a hot chic to be your female vocals. That was the fun part.
