I spent my Childhood playing in and around Union Creek I was the only kid who lived Year Round at the Union Creek Ranger station the last year it was open. We were the only family that lived on the lower compound, where the USF stationed the fire fighting crews in the summer. My mom ran Becky's Cafe for a couple of years and the first bar stool from the kitchen was where I eat breakfast every mourning. The Rogue River National Forest was my playground and my Heart still lives there.
